The product looks good but it has not been assembled. Consignee is awaiting the full custom clearance of the road roller and trailer. The road roller and trailer left China without any customs identification clearance. The corrupt Chinese customs ,as the supplier called it, failed to realized that there is no serial and vin # on the road roller and trailer. With all of that, the Guyana customs had to freeze the clearance until they receive the identification serial # from the supplier's company. The goods were suspected to be smuggling into Guyana . It appears to be habitual running with the company. The company should have competent people to check their finished product before leaving their warehouse to ship overseas; and the Chinese customs should identify goods physically by serial number on on the machines or products before releasing to ship.
